This included changing electrics for our new induction hob along with the pipes above for the extractor which no go outside and works 10x better than our old extractor. Having worked in the bespoke kitchens, bedroom and furniture industry for many years, we have always found that even the most impactful designs are only achievable if they are within a realistic budget. It is no secret that many kitchen showrooms charge a lot of fees on top of what is visible within the quotation. This may include showroom rent, utility bills, design time, software, and a contingency for errors.
The reason Luxe can offer a far more affordable process than most studios is because we have removed these extra costs by taking the following steps...
We work completely remote based, this means that we do not pass on costly overheads to our clients and we can install high end kitchens and bedrooms but at a far more affordable rate.
...Furthermore, we also have all worktop samples, handles, door styles, carcass options and more which we can bring straight to your home.
We have selected Gaddesby and Volpi to manufacture our kitchens. They have a showroom in Leicestershire which is available to all of our clients. Gaddesby/Volpi do not sell directly to retail customers so you will not get hassled by salespeople when viewing the showroom...
We invest minimally in marketing since most of our clients come through referrals from previous customers. We also offer incentives to past clients for any successful referrals.
Additionally, we don't allocate funds for costly software. Instead, we utilise SketchUp with a rendering extension, which allows us to create visuals that surpass those produced by pricier software options.
At Luxe, we like to be in complete control over the design process. We have drawn our own design models into the software to accurately reflect their real-life counterparts, including every available color option. This approach enhances the designer's engagement while drawing the rooms, allowing them to see every detail of the design and significantly reducing the likelihood of errors.
We focus on a couple of projects at a time which means we have the time and resources to keep on top of fitting schedules and project timelines.
To gain further savings with our projects, we get everything delivered directly to site from our manufacturers. This means we are not charging expensive warehouse/delivery costs and it also means we can schedule different components on different days.
For example we will deliver all the furniture on day 1, however we may deliver the sink/taps/appliances on day 5.
The vast majority of the companies we work with are within the Midlands area...
Our kitchen supplier is based in Leicestershire.
Our hardware comes from Rugby.
Our quartz fabricator is in Coventry.
