Having worked in the kitchens industry for many years, we have always found that even the most impactful designs are only achievable if they are within a realistic budget. It is no secret that many design studios charge a lot of fees on top of what is visible within the quotation. This may include showroom rent, utility bills, design time, software, and a contingency for errors.
The reason Luxe can offer a far more affordable process than most studios is because we have removed these extra costs by taking the following steps...

WE BRING THE SHOWROOM TO YOU
We work completely remote based, this means that we do not pass on costly overheads to our clients and we can install good quality kitchens and bedrooms but at a far more affordable rate.
...Furthermore, we also have all worktop samples, handles, door styles, carcass options and more which we can bring straight to your home.
We have selected Gaddesby and Volpi to manufacture our kitchens. They have a showroom in Leicestershire which is available to all of our clients. Gaddesby/Volpi do not sell directly to retail customers so you will not get hassled by salespeople when viewing the showroom...
CREATING OUR OWN DESIGN MODELS
Most design studios utilise the industry's standard design software packages. These are all very expensive, there is not a lot of difference between them, and limited in what they can do. Most companies use them because they are extremely easy to use and have most 3D models pre-drawn for them.
At Luxe, we prefer to have total control of the design process, therefore we use SketchUp by Trimble. We have drawn all the relevant models exactly how they exist in real life, with every colour option available. This engages the designer when they are drawing rooms as they can see every detail of the design, which cuts down on errors.
NO WAREHOUSING
We focus on a couple of projects at a time which means we have the time and resources to keep on top of installation schedules and project timelines.
To gain further savings with our projects, we get everything delivered directly to site from our manufacturers. This means we are not charging expensive warehouse/delivery costs and it also means we can schedule different components on different days.
For example we will deliver all the furniture on day 1, however we will deliver the sink/taps/appliances more towards day 5.
WE USE LOCAL COMPANIES, AND A LOT OF THEM
The vast majority of the companies we work with are within with Midlands area...
Our kitchen supplier is based in North Leicestershire.
Our hardware comes from Rugby.
Our logistics are within Hinckley.
We have stone fabricators in Northampton and Coventry.
We know a network of tradesmen who are all local to the Midlands. Not only does this reduce the carbon footprint attached to your project but also means that we have a solid relationship with everybody involved.
