Pricing Guide

As you explore purchasing a kitchen, bedroom, home office or media wall then this pricing guide will help you establish an initial budget and understand the value of Luxe Kitchen Designs.

Final prices will depend on the specification and scale of your individual project.

Kitchens

"We don't claim to have the cheapest kitchens on the market, and that's not our aim."   "We can say with full confidence that we offer the best value for your budget, and this is down to our low overhead business model combined with our partnership with Gadddesby and Volpi kitchens to offer the best quality at affordable prices."

Our kitchens start from £10,000. If your budget is less than that then we can discuss ways in which you can source certain aspects yourself or maybe explore ways where we can improve the existing kitchen (such as replacing the doors, worktops and appliances)

Our average kitchen price is £25,500 and this includes the full kitchen, full set of appliances, quartz worktops, sink/tap, lighting and installation.

Installation

"We give all of our clients the choice to pay our fitters directly to save on costs. This is typically around 20%"

Although we do not price our projects on a "day rate" it is a useful tool to roughly estimate the labour costs involved. The reason we do not use these when drawing our final costings is because every job is different and there are a lot of different factors that have to be considered such as storage space, work space, access ETC therefore each job is carefully worked out between us and our installers.

The average day rate for installation is between £250-£300/day and this helps understand how much each job will cost

  • Small Kitchen/Utility/Door Swap/Bedroom/Office/Media Wall (1 week) £1250-£1500
  • Medium Kitchen/Large Bedroom (2 weeks) £2,500-£3,000
  • Large Kitchen (3 weeks) £3,750-£4,500
  • Multi room project (4 weeks+) £5,000+

Additional services will add extra costs

LVT Flooring to self level and install costs around £55/m² so can be between £500-£4,000 depending on prep work and size

Plastering can be between £200-£2,000 depending on how much needs doing + size

Electrics can vary between £600-£2,000 however if we need to replace the consumer unit then it can be up to £3,000

Plumbing - Connecting or disconnect a gas supply is around £100

Plumbing a sink and tap is around £350 and an extra £100 for a boiling tap

Central heating can also have an effect on costs and if we are adding radiators then you can expect an additional £200/radiator

Waste Remove - Skips cost £320 for an 8yd
